Cookie policy

This page lists what the Roadtrace site stores in your browser, what a third-party statistics script may collect, and how to clear or block it. Operator: Roadtrace, a FULVERA sourcing brand. See also the privacy policy.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how the Roadtrace website uses browser storage and a third-party script. Operator: Roadtrace, a FULVERA sourcing brand. Technical details are summarized so a business buyer can see what happens in the browser. Rules for cookies and similar technologies differ by country and state, so this is general information and not legal advice. Data submitted through the quote form is covered in the privacy policy.

What is stored by the site

The site itself does not set advertising or profiling cookies. It uses your browser's local storage, which works like a cookie in that it keeps small items on your device, for two simple purposes.

ItemPurposeKept
Cookie notice flagRemembers that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it is not shown againUntil you clear browser storage
Language choiceRemembers the language you picked, so later visits open in itUntil you clear browser storage
Form backup (only on failure)If sending a quote request fails because of a network error, a copy of the form content is kept on your device so you can retryUntil you clear browser storage

These items stay on your device. The first two contain no personal details. The form backup contains what you typed into the quote form, so clear it if you use a shared computer.

Third-party statistics script

Every page loads a script from a third-party statistics service. It counts visits, shows which pages are read and helps the desk see which languages and topics matter to buyers. In doing so, the service may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page address and the referring page, and it may set its own cookie or storage entry. We do not control how that service handles data; its practices are governed by its own terms. The site does not use the script to show advertising.

Why we use these items

The two site items make the site easier to use: you do not see the same notice again, and you stay in your chosen language when you move between pages such as the product lines and the FAQ. The statistics script serves a business purpose: understanding how the site is used so the content can be improved. The desk does not use it to identify individual visitors.

How to clear or block

You can manage storage in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you view and delete site data for a single site, clear all site data, or block third-party scripts and storage altogether. Content blockers and private browsing modes also stop or limit the statistics script. If you delete the cookie notice flag, the notice appears again at your next visit; if you delete the language choice, the site opens in its default language until you pick another one. The site works without the statistics script.

  1. Open your browser settings and find the privacy or site data section.
  2. Search for this site by its domain name and view the stored items.
  3. Delete the items you do not want, or turn on blocking for third-party scripts.
  4. Reload the page. The cookie notice will return if its flag was removed.

Changes and contact

If the site starts to use other cookies or tools, this page will be updated before they are introduced. The current version is always the one shown here. For questions about browser storage or the statistics script, write to mark@fulveraglobal.com. You may also read the terms of use for the general rules for using the site.

Questions buyers ask

Does the site set advertising cookies?

No. The site stores a cookie-notice flag and your language choice in local storage. A third-party statistics script is loaded on every page and may set its own storage.

What happens if I clear browser storage?

The cookie notice appears again at your next visit and the site opens in its default language until you choose another. Nothing else is affected.

What does the statistics script collect?

A third-party statistics service may receive your IP address, browser and device type, the page address and the referring page, under its own terms.

Can I block the statistics script?

Yes. Browser settings, content blockers and private modes can limit it, and the site works without it.

Why is a quote form copy kept on my device?

Only when sending fails because of a network error. The copy lets you retry, and you can delete it by clearing site data.

Send the product line, the market you sell into and a quantity per model. The desk replies in writing with a model shortlist, the sampling plan and the reference MOQ.
