By using the Roadtrace website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Roadtrace, a FULVERA sourcing brand, and it is intended for business buyers who source dash cams and accessories. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the site. These terms are written by the sourcing desk in plain language; they are general information and do not replace advice from your own legal adviser.
Information is for reference
Pages describe product lines, components, certifications, logistics times, MOQ ranges and market context to help you plan. All of it is reference information. Specifications, chipsets, sensors and features vary by model and by batch, and they can change when a partner factory updates a platform. Market figures are attributed ranges from industry reports. Case studies and generated images are illustrations. Before you rely on any detail, confirm it on the spec sheet for the model you intend to buy. See the FAQ for how reference ranges are handled.
Quotations, MOQ and lead times
Nothing on this site is an offer. A quotation, a minimum order quantity, a lead time, a price, a payment term or a delivery date binds either side only when it is confirmed in a written agreement or a written order sheet that both sides have accepted. Typical ranges shown on the site, such as the MOQ and lead time references, describe usual practice and are not commitments. The site publishes no prices.

Intellectual property
The text, layout, images and other material on this site belong to FULVERA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the pages and print or share short extracts with attribution for your own business evaluation. Copying the site, republishing it or using it to train a competing service requires written permission. Brand names, logos and marks of other parties belong to their owners. Private-label work for your brand is governed by the agreement for that program, which sets out who owns artwork, firmware changes and tooling.
Links and third-party services
The site may link to other pages or services, and it loads a script from a third-party statistics service. We do not control other sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms yourself. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, submit false or unlawful content through the quote form, or send automated bulk requests. We may block access or ignore requests that look abusive. You are responsible for checking that the products you buy and the way you sell or install them comply with the laws of your own markets, including recording, audio and mounting rules, which vary by country and state.

The site is provided as it is, and we work to keep the information accurate but do not state that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Roadtrace and FULVERA are not liable for losses that arise from using the site or relying on its content instead of a written agreement, including indirect or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Responsibilities for goods, inspection, delivery and claims are those written in the contract for each order.
Governing terms and contact
Contracts for goods are made separately, and the governing law, dispute process, payment terms and warranty are set in each contract. Until then, the law that applies to your use of the site is the law that applies to you as the user, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
