Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the Roadtrace site collects when you send a quote request, how it is used and stored, and how to contact us about it. Operator: Roadtrace, a FULVERA sourcing brand. It is written by the sourcing desk as general information.

Scope and operator

This policy applies to the Roadtrace website and the quote form on it. The site is operated by Roadtrace, a FULVERA sourcing brand. It is a plain-language summary written by the sourcing desk for business buyers. Privacy and data protection rules differ by country and state, so this page is general information and not legal advice. If a rule in your location gives you additional rights, those rights apply as the law provides.

What the quote form collects

When you submit the quote form, the site collects the details you type in:

  • company name and contact name;
  • email address and WhatsApp number;
  • target market and the product lines you are interested in;
  • quantities, styles, certification needs and timeline, where the form asks for them;
  • your website address, if you enter one, and free-text notes about your needs;
  • the page you submitted from and the language of that page.

The form does not ask for payment card details, government identity numbers or any special categories of personal data. Please do not enter them in the notes field.

Why the data is used

The data is used to answer your request: to prepare a written shortlist, a sample plan and a quotation, to contact you about the program, and to keep a record of what was discussed. It may also be used to improve how the desk handles requests, for example by seeing which pages and languages produce questions. The data is not sold.

Where it is stored and for how long

Quote requests are sent to an endpoint on this site and stored in a database on Cloudflare infrastructure, a D1 database. If your network connection fails during submission, the browser may keep a backup copy of the form content in local storage on your own device so that you can retry; it is not sent anywhere until you submit again. Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting program, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then deleted or anonymized. You may ask for earlier deletion, subject to records we must keep by law.

Who can see it

Requests are handled by the sourcing desk. Where a quotation requires input from a partner factory, the desk may share the relevant parts of your brief, such as product lines, quantities and branding needs, with that factory. This is done only as needed to obtain a quotation and with your consent, which you give by asking for the quotation. Contact details are shared only if a call or visit with the factory is arranged at your request. Service providers that host the site and database process data on our behalf. Data may also be disclosed when the law requires it.

Statistics, cookies and local storage

The site loads a script from a third-party statistics service to count visits and understand which pages are used. That service may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. The site itself stores two small items in your browser's local storage, one for the cookie notice and one for your language choice. Both are described on the cookie policy page.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to certain uses, or to withdraw consent. You can also block or clear browser storage at any time. To use these rights, write to mark@fulveraglobal.com from the address you used in the form, so the desk can find your request. Replies are given in writing. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security, changes and contact

The desk limits access to quote requests to people who need them and uses the access controls of its hosting provider. No online system is free of risk, so avoid sending sensitive information through the form. This policy may be updated when the site or the law changes; the current version is always on this page. For questions, email mark@fulveraglobal.com, or read the terms of use and the FAQ.
